PhpLocator UK is a plug in "find my nearest" or "store locator" postcode search solution suitable for any website running Php and MySql. Once installed website visitors can easily find the nearest location by simply entering the first part of their postcode and the distance theyd like to search. The results are quickly fetched from the database and displayed, closest to furthest, with details of each entry and straight line distance from the entered postcode. Each result is now displayed with a google maps link giving directions!

An easy to use update area allows website admistrators to Add, Edit or Delete entries in the locators database to keep the list upto date.

PhpLocator UK uses the first Postal Areas section of UK postcodes to calculate results. Although this is not accurate to street level it does provide accurate results to within 2-3 miles depending on Postal Area size. Providing an excellent solution for a nation wide or even regional search by postcode.
