A while ago it became apparent that Blog:CMS would not always do the job for everyone (if anyone). As it is only a branch of NucleusCMS (lacking some of the better new features like stability) and as it retains reasonable backwards compatability it makes sense to create a convert tool. Since NucleusCMS has become extreamly good and often out matches Blog:CMS in all areas the aim of the project is to help you convert to NucleusCMS (should you be unhappy with Blog:CMS). In this way we hope to at least free the Blog:cms users to return to the main code base where many are of the opinion that the support is better. This project consists of modification lsits, advice and patches.

This script is the alpha version of a blogger that I am working on for FullPages.org. It assumes that there is a MySQL table with user information determinning if a user is logged in or not. It also assumes that every user has a folder in the root of the website.

MobiLog! is a powerful standalone blogging tool that allows you to update a mobile weblog ("moblog") remotely using any email-capable device, such as a cellular phone. You can even send images from your camera phone and have them automatically posted to your web site - a great feature for both hobbyists and online journalists. Additional features include Atom syndication format support, automatic thumbnail creation (using ImageMagick), browsable entry archive, password protection for entry submission, and much more. Also, MobiLog! is themeable, so it is very simple to integrate it into any existing web site just by editing a file. Developed by Accliptic Technologies (creators of the powerful Accliptic Support help desk software), MobiLog! is an easy to configure and use - not to mention absolutely free - open source tool for those who wish to maintain a mobile weblog.

From Wiki:

PHP is a widely used, general-purpose scripting language that was originally designed for web development to produce dynamic web pages. For this purpose PHP code is embedded into the HTML source document and interpreted by a web server with a PHP processor module, which generates the web page document. As a general-purpose programming language, PHP code is processed by an interpreter application in command line mode performing desired operating system operations and producing program output on its standard output channel. It may also function as a graphical application. PHP is available as a processor for most modern web servers and as standalone interpreter on almost every operating system and computing platform. PHP was originally created by Rasmus Lerdorf in 1995[1] and has been in continuous development ever since. The main implementation of PHP is now produced by The PHP Group and serves as the de facto standard for PHP as there is no formal specification.[3] PHP is free software released under the PHP License, which is incompatible with the GNU General Public License (GPL) because of restrictions on the use of the term PHP.[4]
